NAME

     ExtUtils::Constant::Base - base class for ExtUtils::Constant
     objects

SYNOPSIS

         require ExtUtils::Constant::XS;

DESCRIPTION

     ExtUtils::Constant::XS overrides ExtUtils::Constant::Base to
     generate C code for XS modules' constants.
